Why is it allways so hard to figure out what your next project is ...
Why is there days you can sit and stare at your beads for hours - and they wont talk to you at all. I want to try something new - but still with the mats I currently have. And hopefully something that has a sellable use. Since like everyone else - making money would be a perk - a good perk =)
So what is the new "in". And how do you manage to get it made and sold in tome before there is a new "in"?
I think maybe beaded beads ? or ? ....
Any suggestions ?
When I have a creative block and don't know what to do next, I just leave the beads alone and do something else, for example look at some nice pics for color inspiration. Sooner or later I get new ideas. I'm not a trend hunting person and don't care about "in" or "out".

That happens to me all the time....by the time I get everything out I've lost interest in making something......I don't follow trends either....do your own thing....it will come to you....and I'd love to see what you do with beaded beads....
ReplyDeleteI'll have to third the notion of making "in" items. I make what I like and hopefully someone else will too.
ReplyDeleteAs for the creative rut, I have those as we all do and normally I'll try to pull out UFO's or try to clean my workstation. Clearing everything off and starting new can be refreshing and a good way to get energy going for new projects.
